The Knights of Columbus Council #5207 cordially invites you to the council’s 2022 Summer Estate / Life Planning & Fraternal Benefits Seminar. The council will host two guest speakers: Keith H. Burroughs, Esq. and Josh Florea. This will be a great opportunity for families to gain beneficial information to help guide them around future life events.
The event will take place on June 28, 2022, from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM at the Council Hall located at 5710 Kingston Pike, Suite 4 Knoxville, TN 37919. Snacks and refreshments will be provided.

Keith H. Burroughs, Esq. from Egerton McAfee Armistead @ Davis, PC. Keith will provide valuable information on the importance of estate planning, the documents required, and taxation issues involved with estate planning. This presentation will provide an excellent opportunity to ask important questions about wills and other documents needed as part of your family's estate plan.
More about Keith: After obtaining his bachelor's degree with a major in accounting in 1984 and his Masters of accountancy with a concentration in taxation in 1985 from the U.T. College of Business, Keith obtained his law degree from the UT College of Law in 1990. His practice is concentrated in the areas of estate planning and probate, taxation and business organization, sales and acquisitions and estate and trust litigation. Keith has served on the boards of the Knoxville Bar Association, Knox Regional Chapter, of the American Red Cross, St. Mary's Foundation Board and the Helen Ross McNabb Foundation to name a few
Josh Florea from Knights of Columbus Insurance. He will have an opportunity to provide additional information to those attending regarding fraternal benefits that can complement your estate planning if you are a Knight or interested in becoming a Knight.
