The St. Mary's Legacy Clinic is a medical clinic that travels to partner sites in the underserved areas of East Tennessee. We want to continue caring for our patients in the 7 counties we serve but will need a new vehicle this year since our current mobile clinic is 10 years old. We are raising money and seeking donations to help fund the purchase of a new mobile clinic. Donations also go toward medical supplies and equipment, gas for our bus, medications, and office supplies.

Your order may be placed in the store for sit down or carry out. Please download the following flyer and show either the physical print out or the electronic version of the flyer before paying.

Orders placed online via the Blaze Pizza App or blazepizza.com, enter the code above into the "Promo Code" field at checkout to have your transaction count toward the fundraiser. Blaze's online system does not allow the ability to use discounts or loyalty points when entering the fundraiser promo code. If entered correctly, you will see a $.01 discount applied to your check which confirms that 20% of your transaction will be counted into the total donation. If you do not see the discount, please try again.
